New Bella Hotel - Yerevan

We found ourselves located near a beautiful old church, perfect for morning strolls. the room had a great view of the surrounding area, unfortunately the bathroom was substandard. There were no facilities to speak of, and the breakfast that was promised was nowhere to be seen. on the bright side, the staff was relatively attentive and understanding.

The amenities were not up to standard.

Great amenities with both a sauna and a pool available on-site. We loved being able to easily visit the nearby Blue Mosque, one of our favorite spots. Really had an excellent time here - thank you! 🌟

One of the positive aspects of my stay was the convenient location. The hotel was situated in a central area, close to many attractions and amenities that were within walking distance. Another aspect that I appreciated was the hot water in the shower which provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra blankets on request.

My stay was also impacted by some negative aspects. The Wi-Fi did not work and breakfast was not included, which was contrary to what was advertised. The room was not clean, and the bathroom had some broken fixtures. The absence of clean towels was a disappointment. while some aspects of our stay were pleasant, the negative aspects outweighed the positive and impacted our experience negatively.

Everything is what i need and want.

The shower had hot water and the free Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and cafes. The room also had a portable air conditioning unit which was helpful during the hot days.

The room had a strange smell and was not very clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained, with fantastic facilities to make my trip comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect for getting around this city, as it's conveniently situated near a beautiful old church. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating and always happy to provide assistance whenever needed. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast had a great selection, making for a fantastic start to each day.
